Our company provides services with its production facility equipped with high-tech CNC machines in the field of sheet metal forming and machining. Each of our factories has the capacity to produce both final products and contract manufacturing with its state-of-the-art benches and equipment.

Our Machining Solutions

Our factory, focused on machining, is fully equipped with CNC machines and offers high-end solutions for parts that require precision machining:

• 5 Axis Vertical Machining Center: Mazak brand, 400×550 mm size, ideal for machining versatile and complex parts.
• 3 Axis Vertical Machining Center: Mazak brand, 1550×650 mm size, provides 3-axis control for precision machining.
• ST20 -Y Axis Lathe: An advanced option for high precision turning operations.
• CMM Measuring Device: Renishaw brand coordinate measuring device that provides high precision measurements.

These machines process different products such as casting types, raw materials, solid materials, and both prepare pre-manufactured parts in a subcontracted manner and complete the final products. This equipment in our facility allows us to turn all kinds of aluminum, barrel parts, and handles, which require complex and precise processing, into final products.

Our Sheet Metal Forming Solutions

Our factory is also specialized in sheet metal forming and is equipped with high capacity machines, all CNC controlled:

• Metal Sheet Laser Cutting Machine: 12 kW – 14 meters long, ideal for cutting large pieces.
• Metal Sheet Laser Cutting Machine: 6 kW – Suitable for precise and efficient cutting of 6 meters in length.
• Pipe-Profile Laser Cutting Machine: It has a special design that can cut pipes and profiles with a diameter of Q350 and a length of 6500 mm.
• Hydraulic Press Brake: Allows metal sheets and profiles to be bent at different angles.
• Welding Machines: Provides high performance for quality and durable welding operations.

With these machines, we have the capacity to produce large and complex products such as trailers, truck trailers, wagon chassis in one piece by performing sheet metal cutting, bending, welding and processing operations. Our special 14-meter long CNC laser cutting machine has the ability to cut at 45-degree angles with its 5-axis head structure and to open a weld bead or perform operations similar to chip removal. Thanks to these features, we can complete the details that are difficult to process and assemble large-sized parts in a single operation.

Our Final Product Capacity and Quality Standards

In our factory, final product productions such as sheet metal forming, machining, heavy steel construction, chassis manufacturing and fixture manufacturing are carried out. With press brakes and welding machines, we provide the assembly and completion of finished products such as outer cases, containers and covers; we provide all necessary welding certificates in accordance with the defense industry.

In line with the importance we give to quality, we have all the necessary quality certificates in our facility. Applications have been made for the Facility Security Certificate, and preparations are underway for the leading quality certificates of the sector such as EYDEP and AS9100.
