5 AXIS CNC MILLING MACHINE (VRXJ-500)
The high-precision, high-value VARIAXIS J Series offers multi-surface and simultaneous 5-axis machining to meet a wide range of applications including the aerospace, automotive and general machinery industries. This series covers the entire process from raw material input to finishing, eliminating multiple setups and improving workpiece accuracy and reducing lead time. It offers high-speed precision with G61.1 G5 P2 (Corner Radius Deceleration Option). The machining area is 350×550×510 mm, and the maximum speed is 12,000 rpm.

The MAZAK NEXUS 700D-II CNC Vertical Machining Center is equipped with a MATRIX NEXUS 2 Control Unit and provides high precision with 1530x700x650 mm axis travels, 10,000 rpm speed, BBT50 spindle taper, 24 ATC capacity and a Renishaw automatic measurement system.

Our laser cutting machine has a 2500x8000 mm double table working area and operates at 20 kW. It has the capacity to cut 60 mm thick carbon (black) sheet metal, 50 mm thick stainless steel and up to 20 mm thick aluminum. Thanks to its high acceleration speed, it can produce 2 times more than the current manufacturing process. It has a cutting capacity of approximately 1 ton per hour, an average of 20 tons per day and approximately 450-600 tons per month. It is used as a processing center suitable for both precision and heavy manufacturing, especially in sectors such as the wagon industry, defense industry, automotive, and steel manufacturing.
